Admission Guidelines / Instructions

  • Admission is granted strictly as per school rules and availability of seats.
  • Parents/guardians must carefully read and agree to all admission rules and fee policies before submitting the admission form.
  • Submission of the admission form does not guarantee admission; confirmation is subject to verification and fee payment.
  • All information provided in the admission form must be accurate and complete.
  • Admission once confirmed is valid only after payment of the required fees within the stipulated time.

Documents Required

At the time of application:
  • Four passport-size photos of the child
  • Copy of the child's birth certificate
  • Copy of the student's AADHAAR card
  • Two passport-size photos of each parent
  • Copies of parents' and guardian's AADHAAR card
For completion of the admission process:
  • Original transfer certificate from the previous school
  • Student's APAAR ID & PEN Number
  • For Class XI & XII, submit copies of the Class X board marks certificate and Class XI school marks certificate

Fee Payment Instructions

Option 1: Annual Fee in Two Installments

  • 1st Installment: 1st April
  • 2nd Installment: 1st November

Payment Rules:

  • Fees must be paid between 1st to 14th of the month
  • Payment on 15th will attract a ₹75 date-bouncing charge
  • After the 15th, a late fee of ₹1 per day will be charged

Eligibility Criteria

  • The student must meet the age and academic eligibility criteria for the respective class.
  • Previous class completion is mandatory for admission to higher classes.
  • Students seeking admission after transfer from another school must submit a valid Transfer Certificate.
  • Admission may be cancelled if incorrect information or documents are submitted.

Admission Rules & Conditions

  • 1. Fee Delay RuleIf the school fee remains unpaid for 60 days (two months), the student’s name will be removed from the class register. After this, re-admission rules will apply.
  • 2. Re-Admission Policy o A student whose name has been removed must apply for re-admission to continue attending classes.
    o Re-admission fee: ₹150
    o Re-admission is allowed only within one month from the date the name is removed.
  • 3. Unauthorized Leave RuleIf a student remains absent for more than three consecutive days without prior permission, the student’s name will be removed from the class register.
  • 4. Parent / Guardian Meeting Rule o A monthly guardian meeting is conducted by the school.
    o Attendance of parents/guardians is mandatory.
    o Meeting timing: 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM
    o Failure to attend without prior intimation will result in a fine of ₹50.
    o In case of inability to attend, parents must inform the school by phone to avoid the fine.
    o Attendance at least once every three months is compulsory.
  • 5. Transport Facility Rule o Parents who wish to avail school transport must opt for the service between 15 April and 15 July.
    o After this period, the transport facility cannot be added or discontinued during the academic session.
  • 6. Declaration I confirm that I have read and understood all the rules, terms, and conditions related to the services opted for. A copy of the terms and conditions has been provided to me.
